This part-time role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounts payable and payroll , solid admin skills, and a proactive, client-focused attitude. Part-Time Finance Administrator Location: Canning Vale, Perth | 22–25 hours/week | Flexible Schedule Key Responsibilities Daily bank reconciliations and AP remittances End-to-end accounts payable, including credit applications Support payroll processing and ATO/STP compliance Maintain employee files and admin tasks for HR and senior management Respond to emails and calls promptly and professionally What We’re Looking For 3 years in Accounts payable and Payroll Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills High attention to detail and communication skills Experience with Greentree (advantageous) Previous exposure to mining or project-based environments (preferred) Why Join Us?
