We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Fleet and Facilities Administration Officer to join our team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organisation's vehicle, fleet and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating fleet logistics, managing facilities maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in line with dnata working policies and procedures. A day in the life: Oversee day-to-day administration of the company’s fleet, including maintenance, inspections, registrations, and insurance. Coordinate facility maintenance requests, inspections, and contractor visits. Maintain accurate records and databases for fleet and facilities management. Provider support to the team with procurement of vehicle and facility-related supplies and services. Provide advice and troubleshooting support in relations to any ground equipment while in service or while undergoing overhaul and/or modification Escalate all medium to high level advisory and troubleshooting to the National Fleet and Facilities Manager Support the requirements review process in conjunction with local operational stakeholders on GSE requirements, including requirements planning, ordering, receiving, inventory, storage and disburse parts and supplies to relevant dnata and supplier facilities Responsible for maintaining facility renewal program, including property repairs and improvement programs Acting as the point of contact between the group and suppliers, including reviewing and commenting on commercial and operational aspects of relevant supplier agreements Seek quotations and provide approvals for repairs, & maintenance in line with dnata polices & procedures Create policy and procedures which align with fleet and facilities ways of working To be successful in this role, you will need: Be able to build strong working relationships with all staff and clientele Commitment to dnata Values and operating procedures Hold well-developed communication in written, oral and negotiation skills Proven experience in administration, ideally within fleet or facilities management Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus Valid driver’s license may be required Ability to follow instructions as directed by management Willing to travel to any dnata Airports as required So does this sound like you?
