An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Junior Electrical Engineer to join a well-established and forward-thinking building services consultancy based in Perth. You will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team on a range of technically challenging and high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, defence, education, and mixed-use developments. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer to build a strong foundation in electrical building services design, supported by industry leaders and a structured development framework. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and documentation of electrical building services including lighting, power distribution, communications, and earthing systems Prepare calculations, specifications, reports, and drawings under the supervision of senior engineers Contribute to project delivery from concept design through to construction and commissioning Participate in site inspections, audits, and coordination with other engineering disciplines and external consultants Support the team in meeting project timelines and quality standards Keep up to date with relevant industry standards, codes, and technologies Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline Up to 3 years’ post-graduate experience in a consultancy or engineering environment (building services experience preferred) Familiarity with Australian standards and relevant building codes Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with Revit and/or PowerCAD will be highly regarded Strong written and verbal communication skills Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment What’s on Offer Exposure to a wide variety of innovative and complex building projects Mentorship from highly experienced engineers and technical leaders Clear pathways for professional development and career progression A supportive and inclusive team culture focused on learning and excellence We currently have 3 positions available.
