Job Description YOUR ROLE The Administrative Officer, Accreditation coordinates and administers accreditation processes, ensuring timely assessments, accurate record-keeping, and effective support for teacher formation, aligned with the mission of Catholic education. This role supports the Catholic Mission and Identity directorate by overseeing accreditation processes for teachers, ensuring compliance with accreditation policies, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative assistance to uphold the Catholic identity of MACS schools. The position would suit a detail-oriented administrator with strong organisational and communication skills, committed to supporting Catholic education through efficient and effective accreditation processes. The Catholic Mission and Identity team focuses on faith formation, supports Religious Education, and ensures MACS initiatives reflect the Catholic mission while strengthening parish-school partnerships. WHAT YOU WILL DO Coordinate and process accreditation applications, ensuring timely and accurate assessments. Maintain and update detailed records and correspondence related to accreditation activities. Respond to enquiries from teachers, principals, and external stakeholders regarding accreditation and sponsored study. Monitor accreditation data and provide recommendations to support system targets and improvements. Assist in the implementation and review of accreditation policies and procedures. Collaborate with the Catholic Mission and Identity team to support teacher formation and uphold the Catholic education mission. ABOUT YOU You are a detail-oriented and organised professional with strong administrative skills. You have excellent communication skills and can engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, including teachers, principals, and external partners. You demonstrate a commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education and are an active practicing Catholic. You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access. You work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple priorities efficiently. Salary range for this position is $68,566 (Level 2, Subdivision 3) - $77,649 (Level 2, Subdivision 7) per annum exclusive of superannuation as specified in the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 .
