Do you love creating amazing experiences for others? If you answered yes to both questions, then we have the perfect role for you! The Beckley, our in-house café with chef prepared healthy meals, coffee and snacks has an exciting opportunity for some casual Barista’s to join the team (no late nights or weekend work!). We are looking for upbeat, friendly and energetic Barista’s to provide exceptional customer experiences to our team. This role will see you: • Serving food and preparing beverages (coffee, tea more!) • Taking orders and processing payments • Housekeeping / ensuring a clean work station • Providing exceptional customer service • Inventory control SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Barista experience preferred • RSA accreditation advantageous, but not essential • Customer service experience • High energy, upbeat and friendly • Love for coffee (of course!) • Ability to be creative and think on your feet • Time management skills with ability to work well under pressure and high volumes OUR CULTURE Here at the Cotton On Group our people are at the heart of everything we do.
