About The Role We are looking for a highly organised and detail orientated office Administrator to join our DC team! Reporting into the DC Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration tasks of the DC, with a strong focus on supplier interactions, onboarding of casual team members, payroll, data entry and supply chain management. This role is full time, located at our Distribution Centre in Truganina. Responsibilities: Ensure accuracy and completeness of paperwork and timely submission of invoices to the Accounts Payable team Process and code invoices accurately and in a timely manner using ESKR system Investigate and resolve issues, including supplier payment discrepancies Liaise with Head Office Supply Chain team to address operational issues Complete and submit Payroll Reports to Head Office within set deadlines Code and process casual agency invoices, ensuring charge-out rate discrepancies are resolved Act as the subject matter expert for Dayforce within Distribution Centres (DCs) Run payroll-related reports (e.g., RDOs, Picnic Days, Show Days, annual leave) for DC management Maintain a strong understanding of the Just Group EBA and People & Culture policies Input daily numeric and field data into company systems Participate in and support DC projects as required Ensure Distribution Centre standards are met in a safe and professional manner Maintain team compliance to Health & Safety Policies and Procedures Identify and report safety hazards and take corrective action to remedy risks and restore a safe working environment Skills/Experience: Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Experience within warehouse logistics desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment Perks Generous staff discount and access to our sample sales Work closely within a high performing, supportive and collaborative environment Engage in continuous learning and development programs to enhance your skills and foster personal and professional growth
