The Opportunity We’re looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a key commercial role where you'll take the lead on managing head contracts, subcontracts, procurement and financial controls — ensuring your project is delivered in line with cost, time and compliance targets. Working closely with the Project Manager, you'll bring your commercial expertise to drive performance across all phases of the project lifecycle, while mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high-functioning commercial team. Key Responsibilities Lead contract administration across head contracts and subcontracts Oversee procurement activities including tender reviews, scope preparation and contractor engagement Manage subcontractor performance, claims, variations and payment processes Monitor project cost control, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and site teams Support project planning by aligning procurement with construction timelines Ensure contract obligations are understood and met across all parties Uphold WHSE and quality management standards across your portfolio Prepare and review monthly trade forecasts and financial assessments Ensure variations are documented, costed and approved in line with company processes Maintain accurate document control and drawing registers Mentor and support Junior Contracts Administrators and trainees What We’re Looking For Degree qualified in Construction Management or related field 6 years’ experience in a Contracts Administration role (ideally senior level) Demonstrated experience on high-rise construction projects over $40M Strong knowledge of Sydney’s subcontractor market and commercial landscape Meticulous attention to detail with strong reporting and documentation skills Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach Ability to operate in a fast-paced project environment and manage competing priorities Why Join Parkview?
