Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic sales leader to drive the growth and expansion of our Asset Servicing business across the Asia Pacific region. The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, building and executing regional sales strategies, deepening client relationships, and delivering revenue targets. This individual will play a critical role in shaping our presence in key Asia Pacific markets and will work closely with regional and global product, operations, and relationship management teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy for Asset Servicing solutions across Asia Pacific, aligned with global objectives. Lead, coach, and expand the regional sales team, fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture. Identify, originate, and close new business opportunities with institutional clients including asset managers, asset owners, sovereign wealth funds, and insurers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry influencers, and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with product management to ensure market needs are reflected in solution development and positioning. Represent the firm in industry events, conferences, and regulatory discussions across the region. Maintain oversight of the sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and local regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Experience: 12 years of experience in financial services, with a strong focus on Asset Servicing, Custody, Fund Administration, or Securities Services. Proven track record in institutional sales leadership within the Asia Pacific region. Deep understanding of regional market dynamics, regulatory landscape, and client needs. Strong leadership and team management experience; able to inspire and drive results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strategic thinker with a strong commercial acumen and data-driven approach to decision making. Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies. Preferred Attributes: Multilingual capabilities (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean) are a strong plus. Experience managing cross-border sales efforts and multicultural teams.
