LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR FIXED-TERM FULL-TIME (ASAP - 30 April 2026) ANNERLEY Your Next Role! We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Learning and Development Administrator to join our team at the Annerley Head Office. This is a Fixed-Term, Full-time opportunity, covering parental leave through to April 2026. The Learning and Development Administrator supports the L&D team by ensuring the smooth coordination and administration of a diverse range of training activities. Working closely with two senior L&D Officers, this is the ideal role for someone who wishes to further their skills and knowledge in the Learning and Development space. Your week may look like: Organising logistics for internal and external training sessions, including scheduling, venue bookings, participant communications, and liaising with trainers and facilitators. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date training records and reports in line with compliance requirements and organisational standards. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the LMS, including uploading course content, enrolling users, tracking learner progress, generating reports, and troubleshooting system issues. You will need: A strong background in administrative coordination, ideally within a learning and development or human resources environment. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in managing training records and data entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly desirable. Why RFQ?
