Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support effective recruitment strategies Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding Leverage multiple recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks Along with the wider Talent & Culture team and Hiring Managers, identify and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future opportunities Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from first contact to hire Stay informed on industry trends and market insights to remain competitive Champion our Accor brand through active participation in recruitment initiatives and external talent campaigns
