Job Description As part of our Portfolio Talent & Culture team , this is more than a recruitment role, it’s a chance to build relationships, shape culture, and make a tangible impact. This is a Full Time position with the role ideally based at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort or Pullman Cairns International , with flexible working options available for the right candidate . Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and support effective recruitment strategies Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding Leverage multiple recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks Along with the wider Talent & Culture team and Hiring Managers, identify and nurture a strong talent pipeline for current and future opportunities Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience from first contact to hire Stay informed on industry trends and market insights to remain competitive Champion our Accor brand through active participation in recruitment initiatives and external talent campaigns
