The role - your duties will include: Providing administrative support to a high performing sales team; Coordination of sales campaigns; Prepare listing presentations, agency agreements, appraisals and sales contracts; Preparation of proposals and administration of new listings; Providing exceptional customer service to clients; Supporting with data entry & reporting; Assist with the coordination of property marketing, including advertising properties for sale online and on social media accounts Respond to incoming sales enquiries and prepare correspondence; Coordinating with vendors, buyers and external suppliers Manage the exchange and settlement process; Managing diaries, emails and calendars; Assisting with generating business opportunities; Pre and post client care; Coordinate internal audits of documentation and agreements; General office/administration duties; and Upholding strict regulatory and professional standards; The candidate - to succeed in this role you'll have: A current Certificate of Registration/Real Estate Licence (or be willing to obtain one asap); Exceptional customer service skills; Excellent communication skills; High levels of professionalism and fantastic personal presentation; A strong attention to detail; High level organisation and time management skills; A strong work ethic and positive outlook; Strong communication skills; A professional phone manner; The ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software; A willingness to learn; Good punctuality; and A forward thinking and proactive mindset.
