This role sits at the heart of a modern, busy dealership environment representing high-volume and high-compliance brands. As a Warranty Administrator, you’ll be trusted with end-to-end claims processing, ensuring manufacturer standards are met with precision and efficiency. This is more than just a data-entry position – they’re after someone who can hit the ground running and take ownership of the warranty space, with the autonomy to shape and refine internal processes as needed. Key Responsibilities End-to-end processing and submission of warranty claims for multiple brands (including one particularly meticulous OEM). Liaising with internal departments and manufacturers to resolve queries and ensure compliance. Keeping detailed and accurate records of claims for audit and tracking purposes. Collaborating with a backup staff member to manage peak volumes and leave coverage. What We’re Looking For Experience in a dedicated warranty administration role within a dealership environment Strong knowledge of dealership systems (ERA experience preferred). Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet OEM compliance standards. A self-starter with a process-driven mindset and excellent communication skills. The ability to manage high claim volumes with minimal supervision.
