Due to our continued growth, we are now seeking a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join our award-winning team here at Contemporary Homes in Orange, NSW. As our Sales & Marketing Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients as you showcase our wonderful display homes. You will play an integral role in identifying client needs, providing informative and accurate information about our services and maintaining the professional standards that Contemporary Homes are well respected and known for in the area. This is a permanent part-time position where you will be required to work the following days and hours: Wednesday - Friday: 10am-5:30pm and Saturday: 9:30am-2pm. Previous administration and/or marketing experience is an advantage, but not essential. We strongly encourage anyone from a customer service background or with the appropriate skills and experience to apply. The role - your duties will include: Handling prospective buyer enquiries; Identifying and meeting client needs; Running and maintaining the presentation of our highly trafficked display home; Following up all sales leads, including the tracking and management of prospects; Providing accurate information to clients and answering any enquiries which support their new home journey; Gathering market intelligence; Processing sales documentation; Assisting in designing and developing of marketing activities; Developing a network of industry partners such as land developers, financiers, council and industry contacts; Completing reporting & checklists; Database management; and General administration. The candidate - to succeed in this role you'll have: Exceptional customer service skills; Excellent communication skills; High levels of professionalism; Previous experience in marketing and/or administration is an advantage, but not essential; The ability to manage and prioritise your time; A high attention to detail; Exceptional follow up skills; The ability to build and maintain a positive culture; The ability to work autonomously and as part of a greater team; Intermediate computer and digital literacy; Fantastic punctuality; A forward thinking mindset; and A drivers licence is essential.
