About the role Providing technical expertise to a broad range of stakeholders including Project, Production and Maintenance teams in both planned and breakdown environments Support the ongoing asset integrity program at the operation through remediation plan development and identification of improvement initiatives Monitoring and ensuring compliance to all regulatory requirements and internal policies, procedures and standards with respect to structural equipment Identifying opportunities for technical improvements and the use of new technology to support the delivery of capital projects Controlling and maintaining the blueprint (e.g. standards, specifications, procedures and drawings) Reviewing and approving structural engineering requests to support our Management of Change process Providing technical advice to safety incident and root cause analysis investigations Assisting with the development of budget and capital planning Coordinates during closure of projects with final as-built design documentation and closeout in SPO. Bachelor Degree in Civil | Structural Engineering 7—10 years reliability engineering experience on-site with a mining producer Project experience in Bridges | Culverts | Roads | Inspections MUST HAVE asset management experience exemplary communication & stakeholder engagement skills All candidates must be willing to meet full compliance, including registration | undertake pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing, provision of Australian working rights and 2 x references.
