About the role: We’re looking for a driven and people-first Store Team Leader to take the lead at our exciting new Harbour Town store, set to open soon! In preparation for this leadership opportunity, you’ll be based at our Coomera store in the interim—leading day-to-day operations, building team capability, and getting hands-on with repairs and customer service. This role is perfect for someone who’s ready to step up, make an impact now, and grow into the launch and ongoing success of our new Harbour Town location. You’ll work closely with the Area Manager to shape the Harbour Town team, refine store processes, and hit the ground running when the new store opens its doors. Note : This role is in preparation (To be undertaken at Coomera) for the candidate to move to leading our new store at Harbour Town , that will be opening very soon. To be successful for this role, you will: Oversee the operations of multiple retail locations, ensuring they meet and exceed KPIs. Lead by example, performing device repairs and assisting customers to ensure top-tier service. Train, mentor, and inspire your team to achieve success. Collaborate with Area Manager and senior management to develop and implement sales and operational strategies. Monitor performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and take action to maximise outcomes. Be the go-to leader for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and driving excellence. This Role Suits Someone Who Enjoys leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Thrives on a mix of strategic management and hands-on technical work. Is passionate about technology and customer satisfaction. Values adaptability, continuous learning, and achieving goals. Experience with device repairs, computers or other is highly desirable but not essential.
