Description The role: Administration Officer Permanent Part-Time 4 days per week (Tues-Fri), 40 weeks per year (term-time 2 weeks before Term 1) Salary is averaged and paid across 52 weeks Commencement Tuesday 15 July (4 days of training before Term 3) Key duties: Completing various administrative requests from across the school, involving use of standard software and systems Bus / transport bookings Travel and accommodation bookings Managing courier orders and cab charges Managing school mail and some stationery ordering Assist with overflow admin work from Events department Daily cover for School Reception lunch breaks Occasional cover on Student Reception Ad hoc support for school activities and special events Skills And Experiences The ideal candidate: Demonstrated professional experience in an Administration or Business Support role Confident and capable across standard ICT software and systems Highly organised with excellent attention to detail An eye for continuous improvement, with a focus on efficiency, simplicity, and logic Able to respond to direction but also work independently Happy to 'jump in' where required and get exposure to other areas of school operations Personable, relaxed, with a great sense of humour A confident and communicative team player who makes a positive contribution to the life and culture of Kambala.
