About the Opportunity We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Workshop Administrator to help keep our workshop running like a well-oiled machine. Working closely with the Workshop Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring everything from inventory to compliance is organised, accurate, and on track. In this hands-on, varied role, you’ll support our workshop team with everything they need to do their job safely and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include: Being the first point of contact for workshop-related queries, answering calls and following up with clear, timely communication Raising and receipting purchase orders, and making sure workshop invoices are processed on time Managing stock levels in NexGen—tracking inventory, reordering parts, and keeping records up to date Assisting with plant onboarding and compliance checks like Crane Safe certifications Monitoring fuel levels, fleet cards, and fuel fobs to ensure our equipment stays ready and cost-effective Keeping asset records current to support accurate maintenance and scheduling Supporting the team with admin tasks like job cards, reporting, and sourcing parts or filters About You We're looking for a motivated and organised Workshop Administrator to join the team at Fleurieu Cranes who enjoys variety in their day, thrives on keeping things running smoothly, and is ready to be the go to person for all things workshop related. You are someone who: Have proven experience in administration, inventory, or logistics Be highly organised, have a high attention to detail, and thrive working in a fast-paced environment Have the ability to quickly make decisions Have a team-focussed approach to work with a friendly and likable nature Be confident in using various computer systems and programs including intermediate skill level in MS Office (especially Outlook, Word and Excel) Sound knowledge of accounts receivable and payable Strong problem-solving skills Communicates clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders About Us Fleurieu Cranes is one of South Australia's leading Crane Hire companies with depots at Wingfield, Seaford, and Port Augusta.
