This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients. These positions are crucial to our success in the region and will be supported by our Operations Team and Duty Managers. They offer the opportunity to work in response roles, handling events such as protests and emergency management, with training across multiple locations and a variety of positions. DUTIES & RESP ONSIBILITIES: Providing strong Customer Service solutions to visitors, contractors & client Provide a visible and approachable presence for shoppers. Offer directions, information, and general assistance to the public. Handle lost property and assist with lost children or vulnerable persons. Conduct regular patrols of retail areas, car parks, and restricted zones. CCTV Monitoring, Incident reporting, provide video evidence and statement to authorities. Prevent theft, vandalism, loitering, and anti-social behaviour – with proactive approach and observe & report protocols. Respond to emergencies Liaise with emergency services and assist with crowd control. Monitor and escort contractors or maintenance personnel. Conduct safety inspections and identify hazards. Enforce compliance with health and safety policies. Monitor and manage parking areas and vehicle access in key areas.
