Are you compassionate and dedicated to helping others live independently in their own homes? We’re seeking a Direct Care Worker (Community) to provide essential hands-on support to aged, frail, or disabled clients who wish to maintain their independence. About the Role: As a Direct Care Worker , you will assist clients with daily tasks, working under the guidance of the ANUM Outreach Coordinator. You will collaborate closely with Community Health professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring coordinated and person-centred care. What We’re Looking For: Completed AQF Certificate III relevant to the position. Proven experience in exercising own judgment and initiative in the day-to-day execution of a position. Experience in the provision of a direct care service in a health-related field. Experience in dealing with aged, frail or disabled persons. Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.
