Due to continued project wins, they’re now looking for two experienced Contracts Administrators to join their delivery team and take ownership of core contract functions. Key Responsibilities: Administer subcontractor and head contracts from award to final close-out Prepare and manage variations, progress claims, procurement, and budgets Collaborate with Project Managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with contract terms Support tender reviews and financial forecasting What You’ll Bring: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar CA role within commercial or industrial construction Strong knowledge of cost control, compliance, and contract management Proficiency with construction platforms (Procore and/or Cheops highly regarded) Excellent organisational and stakeholder coordination skills Full Australian working rights and Perth-based experience essential What’s On Offer: $130K – $150K Super, tailored to your experience Permanent roles with ongoing secured projects Great team culture with strong leadership and delivery support Split office/site exposure across Perth metro – no FIFO How to Apply: Send your CV to [email protected] or [email protected] , or call (08) 6118 2278 for a confidential discussion.
