About You: You’re an experienced Contracts Administrator with a proven track record on commercial construction projects valued at $5M or higher. You thrive on the detail, ensuring every contract and procurement package aligns perfectly with the project’s goals. Experience in education / school builds is highly regarded, or aged care / health care / community centres of a similar scope ($5M - $20M project experience preferred). Key Responsibilities: Contract Management : Oversee head contracts, subcontracts, and supplier agreements. Procurement : Source and secure project materials and subcontractors. Cost Control : Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. Collaboration : Work closely with the Project Manager and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Problem Solving : Proactively identify and address challenges to keep projects on track. What You’ll Need: Experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial construction projects ($5M minimum). School or education project experience is highly favorable. Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
