The Role As the Head of Sales – Hospitality, you will be responsible for leading and developing our national account strategy, representing our capabilities to key clients, and driving growth across the Hospitality, Accommodation, and QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) sectors. This role oversees a team of three Segment Leaders (Licensed Venues, Accommodation, and QSR) and one Business Development Executive. We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking leader who brings fresh ideas and energy to the role. Key Responsibilities National Account Development Strategy: Drive and execute a comprehensive strategy to grow key accounts across Hospitality, Accommodation, and QSR. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in major hospitality groups to drive long-term partnerships. Representing Reward Hospitality: Advocate for and showcase our capabilities and solutions to potential and existing clients. Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support Segment Leaders and Business Development Executive to maximize performance. Quarterly Business Reviews: Establish and lead regular reviews with major accounts to ensure alignment and identify growth opportunities. Innovation & Growth: Identify new business opportunities and deliver creative solutions to enhance our market position. Executive Team Contribution: Collaborate with the national executive team to shape and execute the overall business strategy. Skills & Experience Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the hospitality or related industries. Strong track record in key account management, business development, and strategic sales growth. High-energy, results-driven, and innovative approach to sales leadership. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and develop high-performing sales teams. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
