Operating as part of a wider group, the company leverages over a century of combined expertise to deliver high-performance systems tailored to the needs of municipalities and industries across Australia and the Pacific region. The role will involve providing technical sales support to customers, account managers, and prospects, as well as assisting in the development of business cases for new sales opportunities within the industry. Responsibilities: Engage with customers to comprehend their specific needs and requirements. Identify and assess sales prospects by understanding client demands and matching them with the company’s solutions. Provide technical guidance, assist with product selection, and support design efforts for consultant engineers, contractors, resellers, and end users. Prepare detailed cost estimates and formal quotations. Oversee the tendering process as well as the execution of contracts and orders. Assist in creating business cases for potential new sales opportunities. Deliver technical presentations to clients, consultants, and engineering teams. Maintain accurate and current sales and forecasting data within the company’s CRM system. Requirements Holds a degree in a Science or Engineering discipline. Preferably has 1 to 3 years of experience in the water or wastewater treatment industry. Must be familiar with industrial jar testing methods and activities. Must have Australian citizenship or hold a permanent resident visa. Skilled in building and sustaining positive relationships with customers, prospects, and colleagues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing trust and rapport with clients. Proficient in negotiation.
