Contracts Administrator — West End, Geraldton

Achieve Group is currently seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator for an immediate start with a leading infrastructure project delivery team in Townsville. This short-term contract (1–3 months) role supports several concurrent construction projects and plays a critical part in ensuring effective contract administration and financial oversight. You'll be responsible for managing variations, progress claims, budgeting, and reporting while helping to reduce contractual risk and support the commercial success of the projects. Key Responsibilities Administer project contracts including claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOTs) Support financial management including cost forecasting, budgeting, and reporting Maintain accurate registers of claims, delays, and instructions Assist with issuing contractual notices and correspondence Interpret contract terms to support project risk mitigation Ensure compliance with relevant procurement, WHS, and financial procedures Support dispute resolution processes Essential Criteria Qualifications & Licences: Diploma or Degree in Construction, Project Management, Finance, or related field 5 years of experience in contracts administration on large-scale infrastructure or marine projects Strong knowledge of commercial construction contracts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Current C Class Driver’s Licence Ability to pass a National Police Check Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience with ERP and project management software Why Apply?
