You’ll be joining a close-knit, down-to-earth group of around 10 office staff and over 30 team members on site. About the role This full-time permanent opportunity is located 10kms north-west of the CBD. Due to recent business growth this is a newly created role, we’re looking for a capable and proactive Project Administrator to work closely with the Construction Manager taking over key admin and scheduling tasks so they can focus on business development and project delivery. You’ll also support our broader construction and transport operations. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll get involved in everything from plan preparation and quote creation to liaising with suppliers and streamlining internal processes. If you’re organised, tech-savvy, and keen to learn, this is a role with real development potential. Key Responsibilities Support general operations – booking meetings, managing office supplies, coordinating internal tasks Assist with compliance, paperwork, invoicing and data entry Prepare project documentation, folders and plans Support with scheduling site crews and subcontractors Track deadlines and project milestones including follow up with stakeholders Raise purchase orders, request quotes, and liaise with suppliers Assist with project meetings and record actions, minutes, and updates Skills and experience Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role — you’ll be able to clearly communicate with clients, suppliers and various stakeholders.
