Role Overview The Marine Services Team Member reports directly to the Marine Services Team Leader and is responsible for a diverse range of activities delivering mooring operations to vessels in Port Adelaide and Outer Harbor. The Marine Services Team is also responsible for a wide range of maintenance and other duties including working on Flinders Ports Pilot Launches, wharf and marine infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Mooring of Vessels; Berth Preparation; Wharf and Jetty Maintenance; Pilot Transfer and Launch Maintenance (competency required); and Operations Navigational Aid Maintenance. About you The ideal candidates will be self-motivated and qualified individuals who can work effectively across the various teams within Marine Services. Additionally you will: Hold a valid driver's licence; Be able to meet the physical demands of the role requiring labouring and mooring tasks; Have the ability to work in diverse weather conditions; Be able to work shift work and with limited supervision; and Have a trade and/or workshop qualifications (desirable). The position requires a conscientious individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to take responsibility for Quality, Environmental and WH&S standards at all times.
