This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Systems Administrator to join a crucial team. The position is varied and hands-on, supporting the seamless operation of financial systems and contributing to project based work. You’ll act as a vital link between Finance and Technology, helping the business optimise its financial systems and reporting capabilities. The Challenge Reporting to the Finance Systems Manager, examples of key responsibilities will include: Supporting the day-to-day performance and reliability of finance systems Administering user access and maintaining system security Troubleshooting issues and managing escalations with internal stakeholders and external vendors Coordinating testing cycles for upgrades, patches, and new releases Creating and maintaining process documentation and training guides Collaborating with Finance, Technology, and other business units to understand system needs and deliver enhancements Analysing data and system usage to identify improvement opportunities Playing an active role in projects, including the migration to cloud-based systems The Expertise Experience in a finance or systems role within a professional services setting Elite 3E, Elite Enterprise or Aderant would be highly regarded Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including data interpretation High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across finance and technology teams Familiarity with MS SQL Server and cloud-based technologies A team player with a growth mindset and interest in continuous learning The Next Step If this position will enhance your career and you would like further details on the client, the role, remuneration or a copy of the position description, please call Matt Hodgson for a confidential discussion on Or alternatively please apply per the link below.
