Commencing July 2025, a temporary assignment has become available with a Queensland Government department focused on providing administration support for the Receipting team , including: Review, verify and receipt of invoices. Deliver accurate admin support Maintain records and manage correspondence Provide prompt, courteous service to clients and colleagues Prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and support team operations. To be considered, you should demonstrate the following skills and experience: Previous administration experience. Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills. Confidence learning and using computer systems Strong attention to detail. Supportive team player approach. Punctual and reliable. Knowledge or the ability to gain knowledge on account strings and the finance system TechnologyOne. Availability to commence in July and work between the hours of 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday. The casual hourly rate is $38.90 per hour (plus super) and the role will initially be a 3-month temporary assignment (with possible extension), located in the Ipswich area.
