DM3 Logistics / Independent Fuel Solutions Administrator Kalgoorlie, WA, Australia  About the Company DM3 Logistics is a WA owned bulk fuel transport company with depots throughout WA. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to complement our team at our main operation in Kalgoorlie. About The Role Our Administrator role would suit a Kalgoorlie local. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40hrs per week. You will become part of our Team working closely with all members and departments. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. It would suit dynamic candidates that have the energy to deliver great results and the desire to grow within the business. Remuneration will be based on experience, all training provided. Your Key Responsibilities and duties would be to assist Team members to complete tasks and provide leave cover for our Fleet Assistant and Operations Assistant. Examples of tasks include: Maintain software, portals and registers Set up inductions for new Staff and Contractors Maintain Office supplies Liaise with contractors around depot repairs Organise Team lunches and events Operations Assistant cover – assist with: Staff Housing requirements (keys, repairs, room allocation, etc) Book Flights and Accommodation Assist Drivers Team with software, systems and processes Process Delivery paperwork Fleet Assistant Cover – assist with: Weekly and Monthly Reporting (compliance, accounts, HR, etc) Manage vehicle Fuel Fobs and Fuel Cards On and off board vehicles and equipment Assist workshop staff with software, systems and processes Manage vehicle registration, licence and permit renewals Manage Tyre Orders and Reporting Manage Controlled Waste Manage Workshop Purchase Orders About you While we list several key qualities the successful candidate will possess, we value attitude and positivity with willingness to learn above all.
