Systems Administrator (2 x contract roles available) — South Yarra, Stonnington Area

We are looking to fill 2 x contract positions: 1 Generalist Systems Administrator for a contract to 2027 1 specialist LMS Administrator for a 12 month contract About the Role: As the Systems Administrator in our Learning & Innovation team, you will manage the operational set-up and delivery of CPA Australia’s learning offers across multiple systems. The systems include: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Learning Management System (LMS) Learning Content Management System (LCMS) Third party supplier’s platforms Key elements of the role involve maintaining a thorough understanding of the processes and procedures of delivering CPA Australia’s education offer, identifying initiatives for process and system improvement, problem analysis and resolution with internal and external stakeholders, training staff and external contributors, gathering business and user requirements, testing new systems and enhancements, and documenting all relevant processes and procedures. Your key responsibilities include: Manage Semester set up, accurately manage configuration and maintenance in multiple systems to enable enrolments, exam scheduling and semester learning Support the team through key periods such as enrolment open and exam delivery, occasionally working outside standard working hours Manage CPA Program results release, with support from technology team. Data reconciliation, validation and quality assurance Provide reporting and analytics as required for CPA Program Support system development and enhancement projects, working with L&I staff to articulate business requirements and with L&I and Technology staff to develop solutions that balance requirements and technical feasibility Provide product functionality and systems advice and guidance to other business units where appropriate Respond to customers’ system queries and feedback in an informative and timely manner Develop strong relationships internally and externally – with Member Services staff, external suppliers, contractors, customers About You: You will come to us with proven system administration experience, of LMS, CMS and MS Dynamics 365/CE/FO preferred, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements. You will also: Experience in improving systems by studying current practices and designing modifications Ability to perform testing activities including identifying test scenarios Ability to document system changes and communicate to the business unit including translating system functionality into business relevant language Demonstrated ability to work within tight timelines on multiple projects Strong communication skills – written and verbal Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills Experience in system change management Project management experience Tertiary qualifications in IT or a related field would be advantageous For the LMS specific role, expeirence with D2L Brightspace or Instructure 'Canvas' is preferred - please specify your experience with these in your application Why we love working here: We are a Values led organisation, we Create opportunity, Pursue excellence, Achieve together Health and Wellbeing sessions, learning labs, generous reward and recognition program.
