Retail Support Manager | Resources West | 5:2 — Bayswater, Bayswater Area

Civeo is seeking a proactive and experienced Retail Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting and training our retail and tavern operations across Civeo Integrated Services villages. If you have a strong background in retail systems, POS, and merchandising—and enjoy working in a dynamic, travel-intensive environment—this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This role involves extensive travel to support operations across our village network. Key Responsibilities Deliver on-site and remote training to retail and tavern staff on POS systems, stock ordering, and ‘user pay’ processes. Mentor and develop team members to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Lead and support the rollout of retail initiatives and projects, including new product launches and promotional campaigns. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all team members adhere to safe work practices. Oversee merchandising standards, product placement, and pricing strategies across all sites. Support the setup and mobilisation of new retail and tavern locations, including refurbishments and system installations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational workflows. Monitor and report on sales performance using POS dashboards and analytics tools. Drive revenue growth and margin improvement through effective retail practices and cost control. Coordinate for Retail Stock takes across multiple locations. Skills and Experience Certificate II or higher in Retail Services/Management (hospitality or business qualifications desirable). Experience in high-volume retail or hospitality operations, ideally across multi-site or franchise environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems, stock control, and retail systems (e.g., JDE). Proven ability to train and support staff in system use and retail processes. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
