Desired Skills & Experience: Excellent knowledge of M365, including certification A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a closely related field, or demonstrable equivalent practical experience in a similar role. Experience with Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online. Proficiency in scripting, with the ability to automate routine tasks, manage complex configurations, and develop custom solutions. Understanding of the Azure cloud platform and its foundational role in supporting enterprise cloud solutions. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and proven stakeholder engagement skill s to translate technical solutions into business value.
