Key Responsibilities Cultivate strong relationships with potential Financial Services clients, establishing yourself as a trusted expert. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships aligned with company vision. Collaborate closely with internal teams and functions. Own the sales process from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring revenue targets are met. Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape. Provide accurate sales forecasting and regular updates on pipeline status. Represent the business at industry networking events. Professional Skills, Qualifications, and Experience 5 years of selling experience into the Financial Services / Payments sector with a proven track record. Demonstrated experience acquiring new FinTech organizations for a subscription-based model. A history of consistently achieving and over-performing new business quotas . Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with a strong emphasis on C-level influence, persuasion, and negotiation. Effective prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment. An innate aptitude for technology to effectively communicate technical aspects of solutions.
