Applications are sought for the following position: Bus Administration Assistant - Reedy Creek & Pimpama Campus We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our Bus department at our Reedy Creek and Pimpama Campuses. Due to continued growth, this newly created role will assist the Bus in tasks associated with both our Pimpama and Logan Village campuses. This is a full time position , Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm and is based out of both our Reedy Creek and Pimpama campus (some travel between campuses may be required). Duties and Responsibilities: Answering telephone and email enquiries from parents and teaching staff in a courteous and professional manner. Daily update of students bus schedules. Bus Bookings and confirmations for excursions and sports. Liaise with bus drivers regarding bus stop/time amendments. Cross checking student information for Passenger Attendance Verification Reports (Dept Main Roads). Working daily within Busminder – a multi-functional monitoring system that creates a safe, secure way for students to travel. Ad hoc duties that are directed by the Bus Manager. Qualifications / Personal Characteristics: Strong communication skills: Both verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with staff and parents. Organisational skills: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel. Outlook) Cert III in Business Admin Time Management Problem solving and adaptability in a fast paced environment Applications close at 4:00pm on FRIDAY 4 JULY 2025.
