About the Role The Administration Officer (First Aid & Student Services) is a key member of the school’s front office team, providing both administrative support and dedicated first aid care to both students and staff. This role is the first point of contact for students requiring medical attention during the school day and is responsible for managing the sick bay, administering first aid, maintaining student medical records, and responding effectively to health-related incidents. In addition to these responsibilities, the role supports general administrative tasks including reception duties, attendance monitoring, communication with families, and data entry.
