About this position The City is seeking a proactive and organised professional to provide essential administrative and communications support to the Switch your Thinking team. This position plays a key role in the smooth running of the Switch your Thinking program - managing day-to-day administration, coordinating sustainability workshops, supporting communications and promotional campaigns, and engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders. The role is well suited to someone with strong administrative skills and a passion or background in sustainability, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work at Switch your Thinking offices in the City of Gosnells, City of Armadale and Shire of Serpentine Jarrahdale. What we are looking for To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate: Strong administrative and organisational skills Confidence using digital tools, including Microsoft Office and Canva (or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication A collaborative approach and ability to work with minimal supervision Experience in planning events and programs will be regarded favourably Essential requirements National Police Clearance (less than three months old).
