In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in supporting and maintaining the core infrastructure that powers our organisations productivity and service delivery. From Azure Cloud and Hybrid Exchange environments to Autopilot, certificates, and end-user support, you’ll ensure our technology environment remains reliable, secure, and aligned with business goals. Your key responsibilities will be to: Ensure optimal design, maintenance and automation of MA's technology stack, with a focus on stability, minimal performance issues, and always maintaining security. Assure that all new requirements for processes related to Azure, Exchange, and certificate management are properly documented and approved. Review findings from internal or external audits and identify remediation activities to be implemented in the Azure cloud environment as agreed. Demonstrate an outstanding customer service culture through positive communication, both in writing and verbally, with all business stakeholders. Handle and address infrastructure and security incidents and requests on a daily basis and serve as the third-level support for all services and infrastructure in the Azure cloud environment. Monitor and report on the utilization and Security of the network when requested by management. Provide technical expertise and advice during the scoping, requirements gathering, and design phases of projects that involve the Azure Cloud infrastructure and systems. Assist in the implementation of cloud infrastructure and systems projects, including modifications, installations, and updates. Requirements for success Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar infrastructure & cloud support and security role. Proficient in the use of Service Now or similar ticketing system. Formal qualifications/certification in Microsoft cloud technologies / Architecture such as MCSE, Microsoft Certified (AZ-104 and AZ-900) or Microsoft 365 Certified (Level 2 or 3). Excellent and detailed knowledge of managing, monitoring, and maintaining IaaS Cloud, especially Microsoft Azure, as well as Cloud Automation and Optimization Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, MDM, Office 365, Certificate Services, Exchange Online hybrid Experience with Windows Desktop technologies: Windows 10/11 and Autopilot procedures Ability to automate tasks using PowerShell and Kusto Query Language Ability to handle varying workloads, manage multiple competing priorities and work under high pressure situations. Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
