The Opportunity… As an Express Sales & Operations Support Specialist , you work as part of our head office and will be the first responder to all operational enquiries from our franchisees and their teams. You will triage and or directly resolve any systems, processes, software or other operational enquiries that may arise throughout the course of office operations. Working closely with the ANZ Sales & Operations Manager and other key head office team members both locally and in the United States, you will enable and support our franchisees to thrive in running their business in compliance with the Express franchise model. Overall contributing to the success and evolution of the Express brand in ANZ. A typical day as the Sales & Operations Support Specialist will include: Being the subject matter expert on all Express systems and franchise operating procedures Maintaining key internal & external stakeholder relationships Monitor, analyse and evaluate system performance and utilisation, along with providing recommendations for improvements Work closely with the L&D department to identify, develop and coordinate training requirements Run and review periodic reports to assess overall operations performance.
