We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Claims and Injury Management Administration Officer to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Injury Management Lead and assist with the development, coordination, and implementation of claims and injury management administration across St John WA. This is a permanent full-time position based in Belmont , working within our friendly, collaborative, and supportive Wellbeing, Safety, and Injury Management team. What you’ll do: Provide administrative support for workers’ compensation and injury management cases Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with legal and internal requirements Liaise with internal stakeholders, insurers, and external providers Track claims progress and support return-to-work planning and reporting Assist with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and compliance documentation Support and advise other departments on queries regarding claims and injury management processes. What you’ll need: Previous experience in claims management is desirable but not essential Keen interest in injury management or workplace health Knowledge of the workers’ compensation system and injury management (desirable) Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Excellent communication and organisational skills Proficiency in MS Office and relevant systems.
