Level 2 Engineer | Permanent Position | Work from home 4 days per week Your new company An exciting new opportunity is available for an L2 Support Engineer at a Market-Leading Managed Service Provider. This is a permanent position that offers a hybrid working environment up to 4 days per week working from home. Your new role The successful candidate will need a range of well-rounded technical skills, to provide on-site support and remediation of level 2 desktop and Microsoft 365 cloud issues. You will also perform the physical installation and assist with the configuration of equipment, such as servers, PCs, switches, routers, wireless access points, and other related equipment. Audits of equipment in existing environments will also be required. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working in an MSP environment is essential. Experience with Windows Servers (2008-2022)Basic Networking knowledge TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP Active Directory and User Management Previous experience working in an M365 Environment Experience with Office 365 platform (SharePoint, Teams, Admin Portal and Directory Sync)A valid driving license is required and access to your own vehicle.
