In this exciting role, you’ll be a vital member of the Wellbeing and Inclusion team, playing a key part in the smooth running of the Student Education Assistant (SEA) program . Your exceptional organisational skills will keep everything on track, from managing staff rosters and maintaining accurate records to streamlining communication across the team. Employment Opportunity : Part time 0.80 (30.40 hours per week) until 19 December 2025 Salary : $68,392 - $74,345 p.a. (pro-rata) plus Superannuation Superannuation is paid at the current superannuation guarantee rate. About You : You will have a Certificate IV in Business Administration or similar, and/or demonstrated competence through relevant administrative experience in a team-based setting Be flexible to work across all Gordon campuses in Geelong and Wyndham Experience in coordinating staff schedules You will be Competent in Microsoft Office suite and confident in using student management systems or similar platforms.
