Experienced Project Admin Assistant, support the IT team Be part of a passionate and supportive team in a fantastic CBD office Varied role, competitive salary and Not for Profit Salary packaging About the role As the Project Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Chief Information Officer and IT Team ensuring the smooth execution of various projects and day to day operations. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting the CIO and IT Team with administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, preparing documents/reports and updating project files. Coordinating project activities, maintaining budgets and ensuring deadlines are met. Communicating with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather information. Managing project-related correspondence and documentation. Tracking project progress and reporting on key milestones. Supporting the team with any other administrative tasks as needed. This role is based in the office 4 days per week with the option to work 1 day per week from home. We are located in the city with easy access to public transport, cafes, restaurants and shopping. About you You will be an experienced Project Admin Assistant looking for a busy role in which to thrive. You will be competent in preparing complex reports, managing budgets and arranging staff events with ease. Ideally you will have IT knowledge and understanding, though not essential. Proven experience in an administrative or project support role. Manage budget tracking and reporting, including creating purchase orders and work order Assisting the CIO with research and project management Coordinate meetings, social events and travel for the IT team Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
