Nagle College is seeking an Administration Officer to support the business and clerical requirements of the school. The Administration Officer will be required from Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 3.30pm. The Administration Officer Level 4 is accountable for: Performing reception duties and general office support; Providing a broad range of administrative, secretarial, and clerical services, including typing, word processing, data entry, and maintaining email correspondence, digital records, databases, electronic rolls, attendance logs, and student enrolment and information systems; Administering First Aid and managing the Sick Bay as required; Handling enquiries from students, parents, and members of the public in a professional and timely manner; Assisting with curriculum-related tasks as needed; Managing stationery supplies and ensuring they are adequately maintained; Supporting the coordination of school functions and events; and Performing other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
