Early Childhood Teacher – Kindergarten Program Location: Busy Bees at Lane Cove Start Date: July 2025 Employment Type: Full-Time Hourly Rate: $45.92 – $59.10 2 weeks additional annual leave A New Beginning in Early Learning Busy Bees at Lane Cove is reopening in July 2025 , and we’re looking for a dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Kindergarten program. This is your opportunity to be part of something exciting — a fully refurbished 120-place centre with modern learning environments, nature-inspired play spaces, and a strong commitment to quality care and education. As the Kindergarten ECT , you’ll take the lead in planning and delivering a rich, child-centred program that meets the needs of every learner and supports their transition to school. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the development and implementation of an approved Kindergarten curriculum Create meaningful learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and NQS Collaborate with families, educators, and leadership to support children’s growth Maintain accurate, engaging documentation and learning assessments Promote a warm, inclusive and inspiring learning environment What You’ll Need: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent) NESA Teacher Accreditation Current Working With Children Check Current First Aid Certificate (including asthma and anaphylaxis training) Experience planning and leading a Kindergarten or preschool program is highly valued What We Offer: Salary of $45.92 – $59.10 per hour 2 weeks extra leave 10% ECEC Retention Payment Uniform & Laundry Allowance Generous staff childcare discount Professional Development & Career Progression Supportive and inclusive work culture Global Talent Exchange and career opportunities across Australia Be Part of Something Special If you're a passionate teacher ready to inspire young minds and lead a quality Kindergarten program, we’d love to hear from you!
