OTE $250,000 Open to residential sales and leasing agents Inner City Location In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced Leasing Executives, gaining valuable exposure to all aspects of commercial leasing and sales. Key Responsibilities Conduct cold canvassing and outbound calls using CRM (REX) Respond to leasing enquiries and coordinate inspections Research competing listings across commercial property portals Prepare marketing schedules, leasing documentation and Heads of Agreement Maintain accurate data and documentation across REX and Google Drive Generate listing and enquiry reports and assist with marketing materials Liaise with valuers and support the management of the leasing evidence database Work closely with Property Management to ensure seamless handovers Attend property inspections and support Directors with ad hoc tasks About You Highly organised with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident when dealing with clients, tenants and contractors Able to work independently and show initiative Team player with a flexible, solutions-focused attitude Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, REX, RealWorks and RP Data Working knowledge of commercial real estate documentation (Form 6A, CTA) Essential Requirements Queensland Sales Registration Certificate Open Driver’s Licence What’s On Offer Work with a respected, established commercial agency Learn directly from senior executives and gain hands-on experience Supportive team environment with room for growth Exposure to a diverse range of leasing and sales transactions Fast-paced role with variety and autonomy For inquiries, please contact Hayley on 0410 789 088 or email your CV to [email protected].
