About the role We are looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Representatives to join the Elders Darwin team on a permanent, full time basis. Our Real Estate Sales Representatives drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business through building client relationships and proactive marketing. Your understanding of Real Estate Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining these strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. A market competitive remuneration package is available with some flexibility in the structure depending on applicant experience and proven sales history. Responsibilities As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will: List, market and sell properties Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs Participate in Branch business development programs Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements Work with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events About you To succeed at Elders, you have: Current Real Estate licence (essential) and a current driver’s licence Previous experience within a fast-paced sales environment Understanding of the Forbes region Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite and AgentBox (preferred) Articulate communication skills (written and verbally) with the ability to easily establish relationships Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively About Elders Elders is one of Australia's most trusted and iconic companies with a diverse portfolio of businesses.
