HR Functional System Admin — Cleveland, Redland Area

Due a project secondment this a part-time (3days p/week) contract until 2027. Improve HRIS processes while working in a supportive and inclusive culture. As our HR Functional System Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of managing and enhancing our HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring employee data is accessible, secure, and efficiently managed. In this role, you won’t just maintain systems, you’ll drive continuous improvements by identifying smart, innovative ways to streamline HRIS processes, boost functionality. Your expertise will ensure data integrity and seamless integration, creating a smoother experience for our HR Shared Services team and the broader organisation. To contribute to this, you will demonstrate the following skills and qualities for the role: Qualifications & Knowledge Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or equivalent demonstrated experience Expert understanding of HR Information Systems (HRIS) administration, database maintenance, and best practices Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably TechnologyOne Strong knowledge of HR people practices and processes related to systems Technical Skills Solid technical expertise in systems, databases, and integrations Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivots) Experience & Abilities Proven customer-service focus with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience in HR systems reporting, HR processes, and project management High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Highly organised, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated maturity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information Working at Unitywater: As a Unitywater team member you will enjoy a range of benefits: Flexibility: We value flexibility and support work-life balance with hybrid and flexible working, purchased annual leave and access to floating public holidays.
