About the Role Triage inbound calls for our sales and support teams Data input in CRM system Processing of sales and installation paperwork as required Booking installs and service work with customers Your skills & experience Your personality will delight customers on every call Great verbal communicator, experienced in dealing with customers on the phone Enthusiastic, proactive, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Resilient and calm under pressure Exceptional organisational and administrative skills The ability to operate within a team and autonomously Strong customer service skills and attention to detail Intermediate computer skills Experience with CRM software is not essential but will be highly regarded Prior experience in the solar industry preferred but not essential If you are experienced in dealing with customers over the phone, you are interested in this role, and are available, Monday to Friday – please apply now as we are starting interviews immediately.
