Working in a contact centre environment, you will be handling outbound customer service calls from existing customers to verify their account details and provide them with an exceptional customer service experience. To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous experience working in a customer service role, either face to face or within a contact centre environment Excellent communication skills and active listening A strong customer service focus A quick learner with a positive 'can-do' attitude is a must! Strong problem solving skills and adaptability Ability to navigate and adapt to computer systems and technology easily Ability to follow company policies and processes and work towards KPIs What's in it for you?
