As the Account Executive – Hybrid Workplace you'll engage with sales teams, qualify opportunities, and craft compelling pitches for Ricoh's Hybrid Workplace solutions. You'll understand client needs and offer tailored AV solutions, including Ricoh Collaboration Boards and Projectors, a broad range of Audio-Visual, Unified Communication solutions and services across Meeting Spaces, Visitor Management, Workplace Utilisation and Management, Digital Signage, Unified Communications. Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, developing proposals, and forecasting sales targets for hybrid workplace technologies will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Your market engagement will involve researching growth opportunities, liaising with industry analysts, and identifying new sales channels for AV solutions. Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you'll work closely with clients, sales reps, marketing, and vendors to drive new business leads and resolve escalations related to hybrid workplace technologies. To be successful in this role: To excel in this role, you'll bring 3-5 years of experience in AV solutions, workspace management, and technology sales, specifically in hybrid workplace environments.
